Black Chair is a marketing company that believes in keeping things simple. Every client relationship at Black Chair starts with a Road Map. In the Road Mapping Process, our team works together with yours to develop a 12-month marketing plan that is customized for your business. We work through the following questions together:
- What are we trying to sell or accomplish?
- Who is the target audience?
- What is your desired cost of customer acquisition? Is it feasible?
- What is your desired outcome, in numbers? (e.g. % revenue growth, # units sold, etc)
- Based on your cost of customer acquisition, and your desired outcome, what is your marketing budget?
- Which marketing activities can be accomplished within that budget? How confident can we be in reaching the desired outcome by performing those activities?
- What is the timeline for accomplishing said marketing activities?
The marketing activities in our Road Maps always revolve around the concepts of content, distribution, and conversion.
Content is the fuel of your marketing campaigns. It could include text, photo, video, audio, or any combination of the above; the only requirement is that it’s in line with your goal. We work with our clients to plan the perfect content for their campaigns, and our internal team of talented photographers, videographers, writers and designers execute the vision.
Distribution is about getting your content out there. This might mean ads, but it could also mean blog posts, marketing emails, etc. Our team is experienced in a wide variety of mediums and online platforms, and is dedicated to getting your content in front of your target audience in the most meaningful ways possible.
Conversion is the process of turning your audience into customers. The key to successful conversion is understanding the buying path, and guiding your audience through it. We can help you by defining and measuring every step of that journey, and recommending the mechanical changes that will result in increased sales.
